Return Policy
VOLO HYDROFOIL

Returns are subject to the following restrictions:

• You can only return a product if you purchased directly from the CARBONPRES manufacturing company.
Otherwise, please contact your dealer.

• You can return an item within 14 days of purchase.

• You must provide the transport document number or the original CARBONPRES invoice number

• Returns will not be accepted unless agreed upon, so please do not send items to our office without authorization

• The items must not have been used, must be returned in the original packaging and ready to be resold.
Otherwise, the return will not be processed.

• Shipping costs for the return of one or more items are the customer's responsibility.

• The refund will be made only after we have approved the return request, received the items and verified that they are in good condition.

• Before sending us your item, we ask you to carefully evaluate whether it has the necessary characteristics for a return.
If you have any doubts, feel free to send us photos and/or videos to make a preliminary assessment together with us.

• If a product is considered unsuitable for reimbursement, it will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs.

• The refund will be made through the same method used when you made the purchase.
