Raw Materials

Carbon fabrics pre-impregnated with epoxy resins are selected based on the purpose of the piece, to meet your aesthetic and structural needs.
Cutting And Lamination
The fabrics for the construction of the pieces are cut using CNC plotters in order to obtain maximum precision and repeatability for each layer.
The lamination process is performed manually by highly specialized technicians, who optimize the orientation of the fibers during the deposition of the layers in the mold to maximize the structural characteristics of the piece.
Polymerization
Our production process involves polymerization in a hot press to reduce the percentage of resin inside the piece and maximize the structural characteristics of the product.
Less resin equals a lower weight and greater resistance to mechanical stress. The temperature, pressure and depression ramps are optimized for each type of resin, in order to always obtain the best result.
Finishing
Hand finishing and a complex surface polishing process guarantee the perfection and exclusivity of all our products.
